The museum was not what a visitor would expected.
The museum was not what a visitor would expected. The elegance of the Bavarian national museum, is only outside. Inside it needs to be modernised digitally, in order that a visitor would understand where to go and what to see. The worst experience of our journey to Munich, was the man in the wardrobe, that was extremely rude!!! He made a mistake with my jacket that he wouldn’t accept, he was taking in German to his colleagues telling that I m lying, he was yelling at me, and we had to wait with my husband half an hour until the museum closed for him to understand and believe that I was telling the truth!!! At the end I told him that he should apologise and ask for sorry and he did it looking at me like he didn’t understand what happened….
