I can not say enough great things about this hotel. Beautiful inside, VERY comfortable rooms, sparkly clean and amazing staff! They went above and beyond all of our expectations, helping us make reservations for New Years Eve dinner at the last minute AND helping us contact a taxi driver to locate something we left. A great value compared to some of the other hotels in this area but totally worth the money we spent, for the comfort, service and location. We could easily walk to many of the major sights, or take a quick walk to the nearest train/metro to get everywhere we wanted to go! I would absolutely stay here again and again!!!

At this hotel for me everything was perfect,so I enjoyed two nights there in maximum,and staff did something very nice for my birthday,so really made my happy.

The room is very spacious and the bathroom is divided into 2 parts, both with sinks. one was the toulet and the other the shower. We were a group of three, so this worked just fine. The manager, Athikarn Tongvirai, was very helpful and made our stay even more satisfying. On returning to Berlin, this is is where I would stay again. Property very well localized too!

This Berlin Mitte hotel offers renovated rooms and venue spaces. It features a gym and is a 10-minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie or Gendarmenmarkt.

The staff was amazing and they did everything to ensure my family and kids were happy and satisfied. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold to choose from. Location was Perfect!!! Overall, the people and location made it perfect!
