The hotel staff was very kind (also speaking English), the room was very clean and tidy (cleaned during my 2-day stay). I didn't try the breakfast (not enough time). The location was good and safe, 8 minutes of walking from the metro station, which is necessary for a visit in the center of Bonne (picturesque town with museums and many shops). The price was a bit high but worth it. Also 24h reception! The view from my window was calm, looking on a little lake inside the hotel building!

The spa and pool were great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and nice and I felt very comfortable.
