The hotel was very well-maintained and perfect for business needs. The meeting rooms were professional and fully equipped. The WiFi was fast and stable, which made it easy to work and attend meetings online. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!
