We had a wonderful stay at this small boutique hotel. The newly updated room was large, comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. We loved the small touches like complimentary sparkling wine. The owners couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful. They offered restaurant recommendations and even made the reservations for us. We highly recommend this hotel and would return again!

From making the reservation to leaving the property, we were treated to several of the best hostesses that we have ever encountered! When we walked in the door, we were greeted by Sabina by name . . . before we had a chance to introduce ourselves. (Still wonder how she know who we were!). We were treated as if we were old friends by the attractive and smiling hostess. Exceptional! We didn't know that the two hostesses would become very helpful to us in ways we couldn't forsee. We had difficulty with our car during the stay, and both hostesses went out of their way to help us out by contacting the car rental company both in the evening, and again in the morning. They spent a great deal of time on the phone and arranged for a "yellow angel" to come to our rescue. What could have been a very stressful time was greatly diminished by their very personal care and concern for us. They both went far way and beyond the call to see that we were able to continue our trip through Germany. I don't know when we have ever been treated quite so well on our travels . . . and we travel a lot! We both even received a hug from our hostess as we left. When's the last time THAT has happened, huh? Beside the exceptional hostesses, the room and facilities were very clean and light. Breakfast buffet was very adequate and the staff was attentive. We would definitely stay with them again if we return to Wurzburg!

Amazing Hotel, this hotel was recommended by a new friend from Salzburg and to our delight she was spot on with how central the hotel was but more importantly how amazing the staff are. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even when we forgot to checkout and they simply provided us with the same rooms for another night with absolute no fuss. (Thank you Robert). Wurzburg was an amazing city to explore and Hotel One the best place to stay.
