Without a doubt a highlight of this stay was the person who welcomed us: Sophie at the front desk. Despite our early arrival, Sophie arranged for us to have early check in since our room was ready; moreover, she gave us fantastic recommendations on places to visit for the entire stay, including restaurants and other activities that would allows to better appreciate Danish culture. She was super nice and a great way to kick start our stay in Copenhagen, congratulations to 71 Nyhavn for having such brilliant personnel in your team. And thank you also for the lovely surprise you left in our room to celebrate our honeymoon, it was a wonderful gesture! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the location is 10/10; Nyhavn is one of the must-see locations for first-time visitors and the harbor makes for a wonderful walk rain or shine, any time of the day. Would return if given the opportunity!

This hotel is in a perfect location. There is nothing you cannot walk to from here. It is right on Nyhavn and looks out over the canal and the harbour. Despite being so central it is quiet in the hotel at night. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants right opposite. The hotel is also modern, clean, straightforward and well equipped. The rooms are very comfortable - lovely soft beds and linen. It’s also run by very friendly staff. Great breakfast at a very good price.

-Wonderful place in a good location, very close to the main train station, a 5 min walk -Great neighbourhood with places to see in walking distance -Colourful rooms with all amenities -Great breakfast, cafe and bar - loved their breakfast spread, nespresso on tap :D, free wine 5-6 pm -Nice touches such as chocolates on every floor if you take the stairs, 100 dkk voucher for the bar across the street if you skip housekeeping -Small but equipped gym -Extremely helpful staff, especially Alexander and Mads, both of whom had great recommendations and such enthusiasm to make sure you enjoy Copenhagen as a visitor. They know so much about the city and recommend places that may not even be on your list. Others at the reception were nice too. I loved my stay here.
