- very friendly staff; the owner and her daughter was not only friendly, on top of that she asked us every morning about our plans for the day and gave us a lot of helpful information After seeing my sunburn, she has given me a very useful Aloe-Vera-Gel for free and because of the fact, that we've had to check-out early before breakfast because of our ferry, she has given us a breakfast to go. That's great service! - great room - the WLAN is not perfect, but compared with other hotels at the Galapagos Islands, it is quite good

loved the location and how close it was to everything. you have restaurants less than 5 minutes away, you can do your laundry just down the street (they wash and fold), and depending on which room you have you have a full kitchen. great place!

    Tortuga Bay is absolutely fabulous.

    Tortuga Bay is absolutely fabulous. It is a 30 to 40 minute walk over pavers. You have beautiful scenery while walking to the beach. Breathtaking cacti. The first Beach you come to is a no swim zone because of rough currents. It is absolutely breathtaking. Turn to your right for approximately 5 minutes and you will be at a swimming beach. This beach is also stunning. Marine iguanas are everywhere. They won't bother you as long as you do not bother them. Highly recommend this trip to Tortuga Bay

    Great place to stay in Santa Cruz. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, hot shower worked well. Wifi signal was sometimes quite poor especially in the evening. The lady at check in was friendly and explained information about the island. Daily room clean and towel change was provided. Located very centrally to restaurants, cafes, the pier, tour agents. Walking distance to Charles Darwin Centre and Tortuga Bay. Rooftop terrace and place to hang wet clothes was helpful. Shared kitchen available and free water dispenser (for a $1 donation)

    Beautiful apartment on 2 levels. Very clean and well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen and filtered water. Big bathroom. Walter was very helpful and communication was great. Close to local shops and to the entrance to Tortuga Bay. Excellent value for money.

    Owners of the place were extremely helpful and friendly. They brought us to the ferry and to the entrance of the Tortuga Bay walk. They also had great advice on restaurants activities and dive schools. On top of that the location was nice and quiet, but still within 10 minutes walk of the main street. Rooms were new, clean, nice showers, nice breakfast. 10/10

    Beautiful, spacious room with my own private balcony overlooking the city and a great air conditioning unit that kept me comfortable through the night! The hostel is central (few blocks from pier) and on the way to Tortuga Bay so it cuts the walking distance a lot! Also fresh water on each floor for the guests.

    Location is perfect. It is 7 min away from Tortuga Bay park entrance. It is 2 min away from tourist street but not right on it so it's quiet. It's located in central of town so it feels safe. Hot water shower was very hot.

    Room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. Bathroom well stocked with toiletries. Pierre was brilliant and helped us with day tours and advice. Breakfast was excellent, coffee and tea making facilities 24/7 just outside our room in the breakfast area. Though our room was facing the road, it was quiet. Walking distance to Tortuga bay, restaurants and port.

    The staff was very kind and polite. The facilities of the room are very nice (Netflix, fan, hot tube, internet and so on). The hotel is about 5-10 minutes from center. The host recommended us a restaurant for the breakfast located at 2 streets away which was very good. Also, the trail towards Tortuga Bay is close to the accomodation. They called us a taxi at leaving.

    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fiesta. The staff was great, the room was great, air conditioning worked, wifi worked in the room, both hot and cold in the shower, the pool was great, the jacuzzis were nice, the breakfast was great and the restaurant staff was pleasant and accommodating, great location with a short walk to Tortuga Bay. Take me back!! It was a really nice stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. Definitely a great value for money.
