The staff, including the manager on site, went above and beyond. Always answering questions and always available to talk and ensure all my travellers (10 to be exact) where happy with their stay. Constantly checking in -- made me glad to know my team felt secure at this hotel!

I stayed here last year also and this time the hotel was amazing. Everything has been renovated so expect new bedding, towels. The cleanliness is on spot. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The pool area is amazing. It's very easy to reach old town by Taxi which you can get in less than a minute from outside. The area is quiet but close to the old town. The staff plays pleasant music (think of oriental relaxing music) most of the day which is great. The cleaning is done everyday. They provide all things like toilet paper, shampoo, tissues etc. All resort has been repainted so it looks very nice. There are sun loungers for sunbathing with towels provided. The pool is very clean. The price is also great for the quality. You get breakfast too which is typical like bakery, cheese, white cheese, some veg like tomato, squash, ground coffee (the quality is good). It's nice and the staff in the breakfast is polite too. Staff speaks many different languages. Overall I definitely would recommend staying here.

At first, big thanks to Mr Ahmed ismail for all his efforts to make us happy and satisfied. Thanks to mohamed, the room cleaner. Thanks to all the hotdl staff for their lovely treatment and professional service . It's not 4 stars. Old vic more than 5 stars service. Will come back again and again.

The hotel was wonderful. Beautiful and clean, and had plenty of great amenities like the pool, beach (water sports extra), billiards table, and entertainment every night. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful from check in through to check out. There was a good variety of food and drinks (for a picky eater like me!) in all the restaurants and the wait staff were very attentive. This was great value for money because we had no complaints and everything was 10/10 standard.
