My stay at The St. Regis was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. One of the standout features for me was the impeccable cleanliness—every corner of the property felt spotless and well-maintained, creating an atmosphere of pure comfort and luxury. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The quality of the food, the presentation and the variety offered were all outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful service making each dining experience special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and feels brand new with a modern yet elegant aesthetic throughout. What truly sets The St. Regis apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly professional, warm and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and personalised service went far beyond my expectations. I left feeling thoroughly impressed and very happy with my stay. Very cute hotel at a a great location to visit down town Cairo and the Egyptian museum. The staff is very gentle and our room was spacious and nice. There is not a lot of noise at night which is great considering Cairo never sleeps. Breakfast is also good and you can get tea, fruit and snacks from the pantry whenever you like.

They were so accommodating and went out of their way to check us in early, and they set our room up so beautifully after having ask them to do a little something special. Such friendly people. Central area.

Saif and Mohamed helped us a lot. The location is perfect to visit the museum and go arround downtown. Everybody is kind and they bring you the breakfast to the room. The communication with them is excellent before and during our days in the hotel. WIFI is free and is the best we got in Egypt. The room was very clean and seems very new and it has also a small kitchen. Bed was also very comfortable. It’s the best hotel we’be been in egypt!
