Absolutely everything about this hotel was exceptional. This is an authentic review from a very happy guest. I was especially surprised about the quality of the Thai restaurant which you must try, I’ve lived in Thailand my whole life so it was really good. Room service was also fantastic. Our welcome to the reception was greeted by a very bright man and shown around by a wonderful host, ‘Ola’ that made a positive difference for us. Everything was polished in the room so you could see your reflection. The staff were constantly cleaning every small detail of the property. Plus always smiling and bright. The pool staff were exceptional too. Pizza was great! I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of our stay and thank you for making that happen.

Loved the nostalgia of the hotel and the service is impeccable. WiFi was fantastic so if you do need to work there is no issue connecting with anyone. We will visit again.

The hotel is on the west bank and it is very convenient to take a ferry to the east bank. There is a small supermarket for water or drinks and some local restaurants downstairs of the hotel. The hotel manager is nice and offered help for driver and group tour around Luxor

Spent two nights here more or less unplanned and were very satisfied and happy with it. The hotel manager arranged everything for us from bicycles, balloon trip to transfers for reasonable prices. So, great staff, nice pool, very close to Harbour.

    Owner are friendly and helpful. Staff are super nice thou they can only speak Arabic. 5 minutes walk from Luxor train station and Go BUS, 10 min walk to ferry. Best location. Neighbor shops are friendly, 20EGP for water, snack.
