A beautiful and very swanky hotel for a good price, with good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. We needed their help with a few things and they were very helpful. Beware following sat nav which takes you through very narrow streets in the old town and we have a van with bikes on. There is a route that avoids the narrow streets.

Alcazar de Segovia

Rising from a rocky outcrop at the northern edge of the city, the 900-year-old Alcázar of Segovia is one of Spain’s most visited monuments. Although famously one of the inspirations for Walt Disney’s Cinderella Castle, the Alcázar was originally conceived as a fort. It was re-modelled as a palace in the 15th century and today operates as a museum and military archives building.

    The Alcazarl makes you think of Camelot and Sir Lancelot.

    The Alcazarl makes you think of Camelot and Sir Lancelot. It's huge and beautiful at the same time. You get to see much of the interior along with courtyards, gardens, and can even climb stairs in the tower for great views. A must for visitors to Segovia!

    What a wonderful property, excellent view of and within walking distance of the old town and the Alcazar de Segovia. The apartment was immaculate, spacious yet cozy, with an old-world charm. Along side the river, quiet, well-equiped, wish a dishwasher and free parking. We would stay here again and will recommend this property to our family and friends.
