The property was amazing! Staff was super helpful and attentative. The room was so comfortable, you had all the amenities you needed. Rooms were located in the old city center, where you could reach everything easily walking. Would definitely return!

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel during the holidays. The staff goes above and beyond, always eager to fulfill our requests with genuine friendliness and without being intrusive. During our stay, my 9-year-old daughter fell ill on the day of our arrival. Bruna, the lovely receptionist, promptly called a doctor. When the doctors arrived, a staff member escorted them to my room, offering to interpret for us during the doctor's visit. Everything was seamlessly handled, and my daughter received the care she needed, bouncing back the next day. The guest experience manager, Jose Enrique Grau, showed exceptional concern, even bringing her a thoughtful get-well gift of her favorite chocolates. Our suite was not only spacious and clean but also serviced discreetly by the attentive cleaning staff. Breakfast was a delight, with delicious options and a staff that always greeted us with smiles and attentiveness. The check-out process was fast and simple, with the usual warmth, including an offer to arrange a taxi to the airport and assistance with luggage loading. Flawless.

We came to Valencia for the marathon. The staff made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect experience, including a free post-race massage and gifts in our room. A special mention for Augustin and Andreas for their kindness and super enthusiasm regarding the race! The rooms were clean and comformtable, the breakfast very good and the location ideal for exploring the old town. We will hopefully be back!

Do you know those trips where the accommodation is so incredible that it makes you want to revisit the city? This is one of them. The location is unbeatable, right in front of Mercado Central. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the city center on foot—beautiful, vibrant, and surprisingly peaceful. It's also just a 2-minute walk to several supermarkets and surrounded by fantastic boutique restaurants offering authentic and affordable meals. We've stayed here multiple times, in different rooms, and each visit has been exceptional. The rooms are modern, newly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the kitchens are impressively well-equipped for those who prefer cooking. The staff deserves special mention—they are consistently amazing. Always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind, they truly enhance the experience. The spa, though compact for a city-center location, is well-maintained and feels brand new. The massages are a must-try and were a highlight of our trip. This place is 100% recommended, whether you're traveling with kids or without. We will undoubtedly return. A big thank you to the staff for making every stay so memorable!
