The quality-price ratio was the best we had in many years. It is also exceptionally quiet, and the breakfast is superb. My son (11) was given extra treats without us asking for it.

Great chic modern hotel with everything you might need. We enjoyed self service trust type bar (pour it yourself + write down what you had) in the beautiful lobby after our baby fell asleep in the room - was perfect! Location was even better than expected.

I was here in 2020 in full Covid-19 period, and I’ll always remember the staff’s professionalism and friendliness in very uncommon and difficult circumstances at that time. So I came back and I was again very pleased by the staff’s warm welcome, the underground parking space, the big and comfy room and the top restaurant. I’ll be back soon!

Hotel is located in the Old Town, very close to the river, with all mayor attractions in a walking distance. Entrance is in fact from the Viktor Street, not Calle del Correos. Daniela checked me in and gave me some info about the hotel and the city. She was very friendly and welcoming. My room was of good size, sparkling clean, well appointed, recently furnished and it had everyrhing I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and there was no noise, I slept like a baby. The reception and public spaces were also well kept.

    The exhibit was closed when I was here, but I enjoyed just...

    The exhibit was closed when I was here, but I enjoyed just looking at the amazing columns inside. The rooftop bar has great views and good wine that is only a little marked up for the location. There is also a theater downstairs that shows many types of movies in original language. Absolutely check it out!

    Location is excellent, the apartments are a 5 minute walk from almost all of the attractions you want to visit including the Guggenheim. The Azkuna Zentroa is across the road also which has a fabulous swimming pool with public access for 7e per adult and 4e per child.
