We had an awesome room with a private balcony (as booked ) right on the sea front. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including many freshly cooked items on the menu together with lots of healthy options. The restaurant had a large balcony very close to the sea with superb views where you could have breakfast. Dinner - the food was so delicious. There was a huge range of dishes. The staff were so lovely, helpful and very professional.

Maria and the rest of the team from Castillo hotel are the most kind people I have ever met during my travel. They waited for us for later check in, explained us everything that is worth to see in Benidorm, she remembered out names :) Breakfast was amazing, location is great! They even gave us towels, sun umbrella and chairs for the beach. A bottle of water waited for us in the room, although we could use for 24 hours free water, coffee, tea, muffins etc. They stored our luggage after check out, which meant a lot to us. There was a fridge in the room and we could use microwave from the kitchen as well. Really a stay to remember and to repeat! Thank you Maria from Ana and Ljubica :)

    I always wanted to to the Benidorm Palace but what a let...

    I always wanted to to the Benidorm Palace but what a let down. You are herded in like animals and sat on horrible little wooden chairs. Nobody to introduce the acts, they just come on one after the other. Some of the entertainment was good but not all of it. Save your money, it’s not worth it.

    We have several times over 10 years been to see th e show and have dinner and always were happy. This year NO food was not as good, my vegetarian order was not correct and what I had was vey poor. Show as always was excellent. If the illusionist is the sone of the owners of the Palac he alwys comes up with comething new to suprise us. a world class act - does he wok anywhere else I onder?

    Show was as good as ever, for me it was worth having the dearer menu to get the better seats. Of course the prices have gone up a lot which you expect but the menu is not as good as it was and also it does not include any drinks now.

    The location was perfect for our visit to Benidorm Palace. The hotel is large with a huge amount of facilities. Spa, gymnasium, padel boarding. Great swimming pools and even a pool for the children with slides etc The areas in and around the hotel are really nice, with lots of green areas planted with palm trees

    We particularly loved the location. Great bars and restaurants directly opposite. Plenty of shops, lidl, aldi and local ones. walking distance to benidorm Palace. The rooms were amazing, superbly clean, very spacious and the beds were amazing. Lovely balcony over looking the pools too. Modern equipment in the gym. The staff were extremely friendly.
