We were able to check in early, the hotel upgraded our room to a junior suite. The suite was spacious, the bed very comfortable, it had a separate sitting area and even a loggia. The hotel has a parking garage(extra cost). There were very good connections to the city by bus or subway. The staff was very friendly.

Everything is perfect. The location is super center. All the staffs are very kind and attentive. Facilities are excellent. The lounges are very cozy and relaxing it feels home. We loved our stay and will recommend it 100%. If we will go back to Madrid we will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was very good and fresh, and they changed things up a bit from day to day. The staff in the breakfast area and the housekeeping lady were so very friendly and helpful!
