Great room with view overlooking Plaza de Espana and Gran via street, very comfortable, staff are nice and attentive, they cleaned the room twice daily, breakfast was amazing with alot of options.

The staff went above and beyond helping us . Breakfast was really excellent Hotel is in a great position on a pedestrian street (but with access for taxis ) with lots of restaurants and close to major attractions and the old town . Rooms were a good size and lots of space in the bathrooms
