Super charming boutique hotel with friendly staff, a delicious bistro downstairs, and gorgeous decor (we visited in December and the Christmas decorations are so pretty). The location is excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Catalonia Gran Via BCN is set on Gran Vía and within 5 minutes’ walk of Urgell and Universitat Metro Stations, and beside the airport bus stop.

Staff was super friendly, room was nice and hotel with a pool in city centre is real extra! Straight next to metro station, several great breakfast places next to hotel and in city centre! Really enjoyed it 👌 Also close to concert arena so getting home fast after concert was also important

The Hotel is brand new, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I rented a room for my parents and came to eat breakfast with them. Staff was extremely welcoming and nice, they even gifted me my last breakfast meal. Lovely people and joyful people. Rooms are big and new with top technology devices. Excellent location, one block away from Plaza Universidad and in front of Sant Antoni neighbourhood with excellent a bars.

A special hotel! Every detail is thought of! Enjoyed staying and using the facilities! Also at the Bar we had a great time. The gentleman serving has a great flair and made us feel wonderful! Good drinks, nice conversations, a warm environment. The staff is very polite, helpful and efficient! Especially the front desk! Thank you all!

Location of the hotel is great, walking distance to major landmarks in the city. Room is of generous size, with good facilities. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there was a good breakfast. Bonus was the rooftop bar which is a great for some relaxation and enjoying the open-air atmosphere.

The room was overall quiet, we were happy that we could turn off the heating/AC entirely since it was not needed, and even if we were facing a bustling street the windows had good isolation. The bed was huge, and while on the soft side, it was very comfortable. We particularly liked the breakfast, which had plenty of options and some really good croissants. If you decide to stay here make sure to take a trip to the last floor to enjoy a cocktail on their terrace and take in the views. The location is within walking distance of all the major attractions in Barcelona, close to the metro stations, and right across the hotel you can find a really good specialty coffee.
