Italymy experience in this hotel started very well, we arrived in Madrid with an early flight and we were supposed to check in at 3pm but they gave us the room at 11am so I was very happy about it, the receptionist told me that when they do have rooms available they always try to help, The hotel is stunning, is a jardin indeed, the plants are everywhere and I loved it.
We booked the most simple room because we were in Madrid just one day to connect to another flight the next day and the room was above my expectations, I can't immagine how beautiful the suite must be.
Very good price as well and good location 👍🏼

It is a construction nightmare at Chamartin station, but the hotel entrance is well marked once you get around everything.
