Betyful nicely decorated hotel. A work of art itself. very comfortable with big rooms, big bathrooms and very nice beds with supersoft bedding. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast with an amazing view of the Guggenheim.

Amazing location and great hotel - the staff is really wonderful and friendly. Overall a really great experience staying here during our travel to Bilbao.
