The location is very nice but if you do not have a car you could find some difficulties. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff all spoke good English. Went out of their way to help us out. The hotel has a charging point but we were not able to charge as the station was offline. The staff really tried to help but we only stayed here for 2 nights so by the time anything could be done we had to leave. The hotel is impeccably clean. Restaurant is undergoing maintenance and I think even the reception area. Shaded parking space available. Very comfortable beds and great a/c.

The hotel is characterized by its tasteful design and cleanliness, and by the friendliness and helpfulness of its staff. The rooms are nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and cushions. And the restaurant serves great food. The surrounding area is attractive. It’s very convenient that you can catch Bus 82 and get to the Complutense university and as far as Moncloa, from which you can take the metro to any point in town, all for just one and a half euros.

I was there for 2 nights. I was working very close by and its was the perfect location. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. The 24hr bar served food and was ideal after a long day working. The portions are huge! They also let me check out late so I could finish some work in my room. For free too. Just lovely, friendly people. Will be back next time I’m working again in the area :)
