Maria and the rest of the team from Castillo hotel are the most kind people I have ever met during my travel. They waited for us for later check in, explained us everything that is worth to see in Benidorm, she remembered out names :) Breakfast was amazing, location is great! They even gave us towels, sun umbrella and chairs for the beach. A bottle of water waited for us in the room, although we could use for 24 hours free water, coffee, tea, muffins etc. They stored our luggage after check out, which meant a lot to us. There was a fridge in the room and we could use microwave from the kitchen as well. Really a stay to remember and to repeat! Thank you Maria from Ana and Ljubica :)

I liked everything. Very comfortable beds, tasty breakfast with a lot of choice and it’s served until 11.30 too-perfect! Clean rooms, fantastic location, in the old town away from the noisy strip but close to the beach and great eateries. The staff were amazing, very helpful and attentive. Thank you Jaime.

    Fantastic apartment in a great location with stunning views of Levante Beach and beyond. Emilia the owner could not have been more helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was immaculate and spotlessly clean with everything that you could need for your stay. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available get it booked straight away!

    The apartment was perfect. The size of the rooms and balcony were excellent, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. Location is ideal, only a 5 minute walk to levante beach and the main strip. Would definitely stay there again.

    The Apartment is a good size, it is near to Levante beach and the main strip but also quiet enough when you are inside, the hot water for the shower is plentiful, free aircon available and everything you need for a clean comfortable stay at a reasonable price.     This is a luxury apartment with lovely decor and every facility. It is a few minutes walk from the south end of "The Strip" and Levante Beach. There is a beautiful garden and pool but it feels a little remote from the 21st floor. The property feels very secure with gated access.

    The hotel was great, top location right in the begining of Levante beach promenade. For breakfast there was lots to choose from, even when we came late, everything was still available to pick from. The view was amazing, we had a room on the 9th floor and could see all Benidorm coast. Staff was super friendly. Overall great experience!
