We are enjoying staying in this hotel. Very clean and the staffs are friendly. Room is big enough for 3 persons. Comfy beds, love it. Lovely large shower. Water available in the room. Great location as it is easy to reach it by metro and close to major tourist attractions. Staff went above and beyond to pack my partner and I light breakfast to go boxes since we need to leave for the airport early. Surprisingly quiet considering it's close to a busy square and surrounded by theatres. Would definitely stay here again!

From our arrival until the last moment everything was done to make our stay wonderful. The staff was incredibly nice and efficient, the room was comfortable, the hotel has the best location very close to Puerta del sol but in a quiet street, the design of the hotel was very well achieved to keep the theatre feeling all around. I would definitely return here.
