From an amazingly welcoming check in - where they were able to point me to a Glutenfree app to make my stay even better to a perfect size room for a city trip. Great beds, nice decoration althrough. The location is perfect, in a great neighbourhood close to many sights. Yes, it's a lively street - so some noise can happen - but you can't have it all. The breakfast was delicious, freshmade pastries and juices. There was a nice glutenfree selection and I was helped by staff to identify what was glutenfree and what was not. My best friend and I had a marvelous stay

I spent 3 nights at this small, discreet, and luxurious hotel in Madrid. The atmosphere was intimate as I appreciate, with discreet and attentive staff. Everything was flawless, from the warm welcome to the impeccable cleanliness. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. The hotel is also ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from the city's main attractions, renowned districts, and shopping areas. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and exuded refined charm, adding a touch of luxury. Even the staff’s attire enhanced the overall sense of sophistication. Maria was very nice with me :) Additionally, the hotel features a lovely private terrace on the top floor.

    Excellent museum but took me half hour to find my way out.

    Excellent museum but took me half hour to find my way out. 1030 opening until 8pm but full of tourists by midday. 14 Euros entry. Don't bother with hand held guided tour as the info on the walls is sufficient. 1030 you can avoid the ticket queues and perhaps late afternoon. Can pay extra online to avoid queueing Helpful staff but not all speak English.

    Beautiful content. Poorly designed to service older people. To use the bathroom, I had to go up a floor and then go down a floor. ??? Not convenient at all. Needs some inner cart that can take people from one room to a far away one. More seating areas are needed.

    I sat in the red "On and Off bus" and saw the sights several times from the top of the cosy bus. The weather was warm and sun-shiny, everything was simply heaven. Good hotel, cleaned each day, new towels too Spanish food was delicious and the one week passed quickly. I loved the ancient Botanical Gardens and took many photos besides mainly many relaxing visits. The Modern Art paintings were terrific to see how large they were.

    The room was a little small, but bathroom lovely and new. Two sets of double glazed windows kept the noise from Paseo del Prado at bay. And if you want Art Galleries, you couldn't be better placed, with the three major Galleries within walking distance and the always-fascinating Caixa Forum right behind.
