From an amazingly welcoming check in - where they were able to point me to a Glutenfree app to make my stay even better to a perfect size room for a city trip. Great beds, nice decoration althrough. The location is perfect, in a great neighbourhood close to many sights. Yes, it's a lively street - so some noise can happen - but you can't have it all. The breakfast was delicious, freshmade pastries and juices. There was a nice glutenfree selection and I was helped by staff to identify what was glutenfree and what was not. My best friend and I had a marvelous stay

I spent 3 nights at this small, discreet, and luxurious hotel in Madrid. The atmosphere was intimate as I appreciate, with discreet and attentive staff. Everything was flawless, from the warm welcome to the impeccable cleanliness. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. The hotel is also ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from the city's main attractions, renowned districts, and shopping areas. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and exuded refined charm, adding a touch of luxury. Even the staff’s attire enhanced the overall sense of sophistication. Maria was very nice with me :) Additionally, the hotel features a lovely private terrace on the top floor.

as a hotel manager myself, I can say first of all that the smiley and super kind staff makes the first big difference from other hotels, location is great, rooms are super clean and a very nice swimming pool area to relax between day tours. strongly recommended!!!!

Plaza de Santa Ana

If you’re interested in the rainforest, you will absolutely love this place. Daintree Discovery Centre is an all-singing, all-dancing visitor centre where you can learn all about this magnificent forest. An informative audio tour is included in the price, so you can get all the information you want through your headset, at your own pace.     We stayed in Plaza de Santa Ana and it was magnificent. The square came alive at night and all the eateries were full of people enjoying tapas and food and drink of all kind. All the well lit buildings made for an amazing atmosphere.

    it is hit or miss. plus side, great little playgrounds for...

    it is hit or miss. plus side, great little playgrounds for the kids while the parents have a drink or a bite. downside, central and therefore too crowded to breathe at times - but not always. also syosset mediocre abs overpriced food, but that's ro be expected dir the neighborhood. this was around the corner from our hotel, so we often passed through it - even playgrounds were empty enough to enjoy, we stopped for a bit. even not, we kept moving.
