Staying at the Duquesa de Cardona hotel is, in my opinion, the best way to experience Barcelona. It’s not just about the perfect location, which truly is ideal, but more so about the warmth of the staff who genuinely strive to make you feel welcome and go above and beyond expectations. It’s evident that this level of hospitality is ingrained in the culture of the place, not a coincidence. From the breakfast team to every employee, they made us feel like family. The truth is, I would normally stay at the W, but I believe that if you come to Barcelona, it’s for the spirit of the city, not for an Ibiza-like feeling. I must specifically mention some of the exceptional reception team members, Karim and Enrico, who are among the most outstanding people I have ever met. I will gladly return here… and importantly, unlike many other places where staff asked me to leave a review, this team didn’t even mention it. 👏👏👏

We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is at a perfect location and has excellent facilities. The view from the rooftop was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there, especially the wine time.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. Friendly staff, nightly wine & cheese gathering, in-house restaurant, delicious hot & cold buffet breakfast. Small but very comfortable room (light & airy). Enjoyed the Turkish spa with relaxing massage, the 24-hour expresso machine, and the availability of a clothes washer & dryer. Great views from the rooftop lounge and pool.

Located right opposite Barcelona Cathedral, this grand, neoclassic hotel is a 5-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya. It offers free WiFi, and some rooms have excellent views of the cathedral façade.

* The employees were so nice and helpful. The service was really good and they were really helpful with the luggage and getting a taxi after checking out. We could also store our luggage there after checkout so that we could enjoy our time in the city before having to continue our traveling. * The breakfast was amazing. They had fruits, really good coffee and tea, eggs, croissants, waffles, sausage, cheese, salmon etc (all I could dream of and I love hotel breakfasts). The breakfast area was calm and nice. * The room was the best thing. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was luxurious with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion (all where super nice quality). Hair dryer was in place. * The room was really clean and the room with terrace had a nice view and sun chairs where you could chill. I will definitely go there the next time I'm in Barcelona.
