We had a terrific stay! The staff were super helpful and caring, we felt as if we were visiting a family or close friends. The location is impeccable. The room is super comfortable. The breakfast is just what you would expect from a top hotel - everything is very fresh and tasty. The design is an eye candy.

The locationis great with access to all major city attractions and the room had street views which was great. The room was fairly sized and was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was great too with multiple traditional breakfast and spanish options. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

    Excellent Opera house, with a great seat pretty much...

    Excellent Opera house, with a great seat pretty much anywhere, as it is a medium size opera house. Saw the NY Met's version of Medea last season, which was great, but the production here was even better! Note that online booking system has a 3D visualizer when choosing seating and none are cheap, but a fair value for the quality of the production.
