Excellent, comfortable and pleasant base from which to explore Bilbao, located on a pedestrian avenue, no parking, however Arenal parking is just around the corner with easy elevator access from the plaza on the other side of the main street. Friendly staff, allround good visit.

Perfect location. Good shower. Breakfast buffet was very good too. Staff were pleasant and attentive.
