Good area, close to bus and tram and train stations, making it easy to get arround Nice and surrounding area. Very peaceful Hotel, Lovely courtyard garden to have coffee, breakfast or dinner. Hotel owner manager exceptionally helpful and all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Definately highly recommend this Hotel.

We were delayed overnight in Nice by a flight that had an emergency landing, and Okko was open after midnight in the off-season. Clean, comfortable, modern. The upstairs area with snacks is nice, and staff were kind enough to let us stay there for a good bit of time after check-out while we sorted some things out.

Everything was as expected. The room is big, kingsize bed. Very clise to public transportation. For short visit of Nice it is a perfect hotel. There is also restaurant at ground floor of the same building. The hotel gives 15 % discount.
