Well located in the old city, close to restaurants, river, train station. Spacious, clean and comfortable room, good shower. Noise level good overnight. Check in and out easy and staff courteous. Parking available close by with reduced cost and access card provided. Charming ambience.

We arrived by bike, but the room wasn't ready as we were early. The bikes were securely stored without issue, and given a complimentary drink while we waited. This is a boutique style hotel by the river. All staff were very pleasant and we had an enjoyable stay with a great selection for breakfast. We opted for a better room when booking and this was excellent - large with great sized shower and separate toilet. It was quiet, despite being in the centre of Bayonne, with a small balcony. We were able to enjoy a quiet drink when getting back to the hotel after dinner in the covered outdoor area and enjoyed a great breakfast the following morning. The staff were very attentive, we never had to 'catch someone's eye'.
