We arrived by bike, but the room wasn't ready as we were early. The bikes were securely stored without issue, and given a complimentary drink while we waited. This is a boutique style hotel by the river. All staff were very pleasant and we had an enjoyable stay with a great selection for breakfast. We opted for a better room when booking and this was excellent - large with great sized shower and separate toilet. It was quiet, despite being in the centre of Bayonne, with a small balcony. We were able to enjoy a quiet drink when getting back to the hotel after dinner in the covered outdoor area and enjoyed a great breakfast the following morning. The staff were very attentive, we never had to 'catch someone's eye'.

Everything was perfect. Location, nice and professional people, clean rooms, super comfortable beds, quiet place close to the city center. Just a few minutes far from it. Secured parking. Good breakfast.

    The Ibis hotel was close to Gare de Bayonne train station. The room was very basic but functional. The breakfast buffet was good and selectional of meats and cheese was nice.

    Cozy hotel, very conveniently located next to the Gare de Bayonne. The bus in front the door goes directly to Biarritz. Super friendly staff. Very clean.
