Excellent location next to the historical downtown. We've chosen the One-Bedroom Apartment that was large enough and in perfect shape - recently renovated. A/C worked fine and quietly in very hot weather. Wifi Internet fast and stable. We very much liked the breakfast - reasonable choice and great value for €11,50. We also opted for the optional parking (€7 per night) in hotel private garage park about 250m away. The hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located near the historic centre of the village; it is very easy to find. It is located near to restaurants, shops and other facilities. There are free car parks adjacent to hotel and easily accessible. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable with good facilities. The hotel itself is superb and is very pleasant with a wonderful ambiance. It has a large bar and restaurant, a terrace and other facilities. The breakfast on was lovely with a great choice of food and beverages. 11/10!

Jean and Greg have done an amazing job in restoring and creating a beautiful and welcoming place to be. It’s very peaceful and we loved the rural tranquility, only a short drive from Montignac-Lascaux.

    We enjoyed the town and it was a terrific base to visit the Lascaux caves. Tourist office was a great help with directions and translating numerous messages from the host. Location was in a quiet non trafficable laneway. Newly renovated and washing machine was good.

    This cottage is most charming, cosy and comfortable. A handsome stone building set in an oasis of beauty and calm. Surrounded by soft grass, colourful flowers and handsome trees. The airconditioning was most welcome in the hot June weather. The hosts were kind and friendly and spoke English very well so communications were clear. The swimming pool was just the right temperature and looked brand new. We feel very fortunate to have stayed in this cottage which is just a few minutes from the heart of Montignac-Lascaux. Thank you.

    A wonderful stay in the heart of Montignac Lascaux. Our room was very pleasant with a view over the square and rooftops. The river is close by for walks, and access easy to everything in town. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and shower. The kitchen, shared between three possible guest couples, has all you could need. It has no conventional oven, but it has a microwave and stove top for cooking. Marie was very kind and let us access our room early. Recommend highly. Great value.

    Amazing property, contemporary yet with an appreciation of the traditional room. Fantastic staff, very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Location great, Lascaux caves were exceptional. As restaurant closed that night had a recommendation to a local restaurant which was great.

    A beautiful old mansion - well maintained - with large gardens and a pool, in the centre of Montignac. All the public rooms were charming, as was our bedroom. The hotel was quiet, the beds comfortable and the rooms well heated - we were there in Autumn. There was free public parking outside, and also on the river out back. Our hosts and the staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent with many food options. It was wonderful wandering around the town and exploring and we went to the Lascaux caves.

    The owners', Lydie and Christine, piqued friendliness and openness. We didn't have many meals at the hotel, but the one we had was superb: aiguillettes de canard with a semi-sweet white wine from the area. Both highly recommended. As are the soft-boiled eggs. Excellent location to explore the region to boot, not just the les caves de Lascaux, btw. Reasonably priced.

    A pleasant surprise to find such a well decorated and comfortable apartment. Well equipped and spotless. The bed was really comfortable so we had a great two nights sleep. Kitchen well equipped so we had dinner "at home" for our two nights there. Location is perfect in the town and a 20 minute walk to the Lascaux centre.
