Amazing architecture with a grand entrance. Really feels 5* with a red carpet welcoming you in. Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They spoke really good English. The spa was lovely

Rooms are good and comfortable, the shower was really great and the window did a very good job keeping the outside noise to a minimum. Also, staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! I found it to be strategically located due to being walking distance to the University and right in front of the Gambetta station, so it worked wonders! thanks Brit Hotel (:

Everything. Great staff, super friendly lady at reception key me check in at 12pm as rooms were available. Great breakfast. Super quiet at night had a good sleep. Seems brand new and very clean. Easy to walk from station and also into the town centre.
