Room very comfortable and clean The only comment I would make concerns the lighting in the bathroom which is not very bright when shaving or when my wife was doing her makeup

Great location (close to La Place, the center of Lille) Great staff, they held our bags for us after check out to wait for our train, and also allowed us to stay in the lobby, much appreciated! Also nice breakfast.

The staff was very kind and supportive, the family room awesome (the kids LOOOOOOVed the bunkbed), the room was spacious and really well decorated. Beds super comfortable. The foodcourt is also really fun but it is also very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops, so plenty of options.
