Fabulous location,very well serviced with metro and bus lines. Staff are very friendly and make you really feel at home and welcomed with superb guest treatment throughout your stay. Great to walk around the picturesque neighbourhood with its lovely blend of art galleries, beautiful squares and enchanting atmosphere.

The hotel is very well located, in a bustling yet charming tourist area. It is cozy, with attentive and friendly staff. Check-in was quick; we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until the designated time. There was a cake and tea in the hotel lobby for guests. In the room, we were pleasantly surprised with a set of artisanal jams and a welcome card. The breakfast deserves special mention—excellent, with fresh, high-quality products. We had it delivered to the room, and it arrived punctually at the requested time. The transfer service was also excellent.

Staff was wonderful and really helpful. For example, upon arrival I asked the sheets to be changed even though they were spotless, as I was nervous about bedbugs. The cleaning lady obliged ans she was so gracious about it, making me feel at home. 5 stars all the way !
