The reception / accueil. I really appreciate your staff! The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Marie-Ange & Sylvie. Very polite & professional & they readily answered my questions about the area of St Jean de Védas. I went out for the evening & when I returned, I met Pascal. Also very polite & professional. When I asked him about the local Churches in St Jean de Védas, he readily looked up the info & provided me with the information. The following morning at breakfast, I was met by Alexandra who cheerfully & with a smile, welcomed me & asked if I slept well. I did, as the bed was quite comfy. It was a pleasure to meet an employee early in the morning, who truly is happy at her job! Afterwards, I met Charlotte who was also very polite, cheerful & professional. Monsieur / Madame, your staff really made me feel welcome & comfortable. I will not hesitate to book with you again for my next visit to the Montpellier region. The best and most comfortable bed and bedding I’ve slept in while visiting France. Very nice staff. Good service. And there is a water dispenser on each floor, where you can tap your own filtered sparkling water. Taxis are also just outside the hotel, if you need to go to the airport.

I liked the whole place and even I met the lady who owns the place and she was very very nice... the flowers and the internal decorations are awesome... generous , more than enough coffe bags and choices(decaf and stuff)...nespresso pods .... Air conditioning and much more
