Great location, charming hotel, excellent breakfast!

Excellent stay! Located in the charming small town of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, barely 10 minutes by car from the center of Avignon, this hotel offers a calm and relaxing environment. The town itself is walkable and boasts many good restaurants, enhancing the local experience. The town has its own local landmarks, such as Fort Saint-André and the neighbouring Abbey, while remaining close to Avignon’s main historical sites such as the Palais des Papes and Pont d’Avignon. The hotel also features a nice garden with a swimming pool, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. For guests with cars, the hotel provides a secure parking lot which ensures your vehicle is safely parked during your stay. Our room was large and comfortable, equipped with a deep bathtub that made our visit to Avignon more relaxing. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. In retrospect, staying in this town rather than in the city of Avignon itself was a far better choice, offering a more tranquil and authentic local experience. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting Avignon.

Excellent location for exploring Avignon. Pedestrian area so it is necessary to walk with luggage but it’s not too far from nearest car park (10 mins). Spacious rooms in a beautiful grand house with cool garden at rear. Delightful host.

It was a perfectly situated hotel to walk to see all the city. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had very tasty home made jams.

All the staff are helpful and smiling. I really did enjoy my visit. The location is so perfect that when I was tired of wandering around I went back to my hotel and rested there. Nothing luxurious which is something I looked for.
