Location is perfect, everything is within a short drive. We visited Amble (lovely quirky place) , Seahouses, Bamburgh castle and beach, Coquet island on the Puffin cruise, Alnwick castle. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out. There were plenty of towels and bedding provided. Fab location with free street parking. We walked to alnwick castle and gardens in around ten mins with our little girl so no need to pay the parking at the venue.
