Very comfortable, great facilities and all staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent (perhaps a little on the expensive side). Little touches like fresh milk in the room for coffee was appreciated.

we had an corner amazing room with expansive views of battersea station and the thames river. the sunsets were gorgeous. our room was luxurious and very comfortable with a beautiful tub overlooking the river, spacious shower (my husband is a big guy!), and well great courtesy toiletries (thank you for the toothbrushes!). we have a toto wc at home, so it was wonderful to find it in our room, in a well lit space. room service was amazing, and the cappuccinos at breakfast were the best i've had outside italy. oh, and the wait staff was extra nice to our yorkie, bringing water and a bit of ham for him!

The room was enormous with a dinning table and large Californian sized bed. The bathroom was clean and very large as well. We went to have a snack at their waterfront restaurant which has lovely views. The staff were helpful. The location was vey good, and say to get to central London.
