Daily room service was excellent. Very comfortable beds, tea/coffee facilities were always well provided. So for that we say Thank You to Gosia, who we often saw in the corridor going about her work with a welcoming smile and greeting. Thanks also goes to Monica on Reception, always helpful with any enquiry we had and witty young Mason who served us perfectly in the bar and for our food orders, especially attentive on the evening we had my mum join us for dinner, super service. Hats off to the chef - food menu had good choices and everything we ordered was delicious.

We went for a 4-day London city break and we discovered this perfect location when it comes to value for money accommodation. Everything was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was what we needed for a family of 4 (there was a large bed and a sofa), the room and the hotel was very clean, good wifi, quite good breakfast, there is a big parking place but we didn't need it, the train is at 10 min walk (there is a 30min trip to London Bridge station), and all this for less than a third that we would have paid for any hotel we found in central London (this obviously depends on the time of year you make the reservation, we booked only 3 weeks in advance for this trip). I totally recommend it!

A little gem! I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Fell upon this by sheer luck and ended up staying 4 nights instead of 1, we were so comfortable. Can’t understand some of the negative comments on the reviews. The staff are incredible, hardworking, happy, friendly, anything you want they will try and accommodate you, always someone available day and night, really flexible to special requests and caring regarding special diets. They make it like a home from home and the level of customer service is something that is very rare these days. They found me a room with a microwave when I told them on check in that I travel with my own food due to dietary restrictions. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of, bed was comfortable, big soft thick towels. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lounge area really homely, warm and cosy. Very good breakfast options, pub type menu available to order until about 9pm with some good quality hot food and gluten free options. Really good bar and service. Free tea and coffee 24 hour self service machine plus hot and cold water dispenser. Very good security both building and car park. Residents only hotel so always plenty of tables in lounge/restaurant and no need to worry about who might be coming into the hotel/restaurant. Most of the hotel including the lounge/restaurant has had a refurb/makeover/redecoration. A big personal thanks to all the staff for being so helpful to me during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. Easy to find and access and plenty of free secure parking. Very fairly priced and good value for money.

    The place was so comfortable and I loved that the ingredients were left for breakfast. It was cosy, warm and the hot tub was incredible. We were lucky enough to have visited near Christmas so we went shopping at Bluewater Shopping Centre and visited the Christmas Market at Rochester Castle. I’d definitely stay here again, it feels like your own private oasis. Absolutely beautiful.

    Air con, blackout blinds, shower, the restaurant was closed so we ordered from a sister restaurant from the hotel, the chicken tikka was spot on and was delivered in about 20 min. It isn't far from Bluewater shopping centre and 60 mile from Dover which is why I stayed there. The room was good for the money I payed. The shower/towels were good, the Aircon was a bonus . Check in/out was easy , staff friendly.
