very clean, spacious and beautiful room at a very reasonable price. everything felt clean and well maintained / new including carpets, shower etc. was surprised not to find a hairdryer in my room but i brought my own so didn’t bother me.

Very nice hotel, spotless room and common areas. Plenty of food for breakfast and very nice staff. Super recommend! There'a also a very nice park in front of the building, so that's a bonus right there!

Super lovely staff, both reception and bar. Bed was huge and the bedding so soft. Loved that it was one huge blanket, rather than two smaller blankets like most hotels do. Location was superb, because we arrived by train and its literally next door, yet no noise from the trains whatsoever. Loved the hand soap and hand cream, they smelled divine. And we were able to leave our bag for the day and pick it up later before our train. Will definitely be back.

    Location is excellent when travelling by train to Bristol Temple Meads Station. ALL staff were very kind, friendly, helpful and informative!! I really appreciated this as it was my first time since start of Covid, I was able to visit my severely disabled youngest sister since losing my husband of over 50 years only 6 months ago! I look forward to future visits there!!

    If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel near Bristol Temple Meads Station with clean rooms, and included breakfast, the Holiday Inn Express Bristol City Centre is a strong option—especially if you’re budgeting. However, if modern decor, soundproofing, or upgraded facilities matter to you, you may want to explore other alternatives or request quieter, higher-floor rooms when booking. We just spend the night because we were going to the airport and the bus it was just crossing the street

    The hotel is quite busy but once inside is really quiet and relaxing. The staff are very attentive and helpful plus the room are spotless and well maintained with little noise from the surrounding guests. The free breakfast is really very good and has a wide range of options and freshly cooked hot items. Ideally placed for access to Bristol Temple Meads Station and the bus to airport it is a real find and my only advice is, perhaps, to ask for a rear facing room as these are really quiet. The harbour is just a gentle 10 minutes stroll too.
