fantastic accommodation, great breakfast, practically everything perfect. we were greeted with great warmth by the staff in this beautiful facility. in particular, a mention to Jess, who helped us and waited for the check-in until late at night because of a problem with our car

The staff at Hort's are fabulous, they go out of the way to make you comfortable and welcome. Special thanks to Chris, the evening manager, who was not only excellent but fun. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds. Felt at home.

Hotel has a great location. A 5 minute walk to Temple Meads and 10 minutes into the city centre. We also ordered room service and the pizza was excellent. Overall, a really good stay and good value for money.

This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room

Great value for money hotel. Staff is really nice and always there to help. Plus you have got a REAL gym which is usually not the case in a hotel so you can train and enjoy a good workout. The Starbucks also has its benefits, plus the carpark
