The hotel itself is simply stunning, from the restaurant and bar area on the ground floor to the hotel above with its beautiful rooms, communial area and terrace. What made even more of an impact thouugh were the fanastic staff. I simply cannot praise each and every one of them enough.

A rare find - clean, comfortable, large rooms. Very well appointed. Fantastic leisure facilities, great breakfast selection, and polite, friendly, professional staff. 12pm checkout was much appreciated.

    Great breakfast. Very convenient location close to the shopping areas, Bute Park and the castle. Large, comfortable room easily big enough for the 3 of us and the dog. Lovely relaxing bar and outdoor terrace overlooking the trees.

    Couldn't fault it. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room with great facilities. Comfy bed and great view of the castle and entrance to Bute park. Oh and excellent breakfast.

    Really nice apartment in a perfect location. Spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The parking space was such a bonus — especially being so close to Cardiff city centre and right opposite beautiful Bute Park. The host was really helpful and super responsive, which made everything even easier. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

    The shops are excellent but you have also got the museums, the bay which you can easily reach on the river bus. You can see a show at the millenium centre visit the stadium for sporting events or just do a tour. Also there is the excellent Bute park where you can walk, hire bikes, have a picnic or just sit and admire the flowers.Plenty of choice for dining out as well.
