The hotel is very conveniently located right next to an Underground, which made it quite easy to get around. The rooms were very warm and comfortable as well. Perfect place to rest before we had to head to the airport.

We were seeing Nick Cave and the Badseeds at the O2 and the combination of staying at the Crowne Plaza and the IFSCloud Cable Car meant we had a 2 minute walk to the cable car, a delightful 10 minute ride over the docks and the Thames and a 5 minute walk to the 02. There were no queues, no tickets- just tap in, tap out- and complete avoidance of the hassle, stress and waiting for trains, buses, tubes, etc. We had a perfect night. The room was large, very well equipped and quiet, with a good view. Breakfast was exceptional, even the scrambled eggs were perfect and the herb sausages and roasted tomatoes were delicious. The staff, from reception to bar to restaurant could not be more helpful

A highly recommended hotel in a great area close to the underground. The room is small but still comfortable for a short stay. The bathroom is in good condition, and everything is clean, tidy, stylish, and comfortable. The district is beautiful and safe.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.
