loved the style and decoration - homey, tasteful and a feeling of understaded opulance. room and bed size was great and bed was very comfy. great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff and excellent location. Really great quality-price fit! love that there's coffee in the room - with real milk in the fridge (hardly ever have that in hotels).

We stayed over graduation for the University of Exeter. The staff was super hard working and everything was smooth, including the breakfast which was always well stocked and full hot breakfast. Kudos to the staff on keeping everything run smooth on the busiest week of the year. The rooms were bright and comfortable. We liked the location, easy to walk to the city center or to the Quay. Great stay, highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Queens Court Hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful—I had an emergency and needed to check in very late, and they went out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their warm hospitality really stood out. The breakfast was another highlight: generous, fresh, and delicious—an excellent start to the day. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent, but the genuine care and support from the team made it truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The Audio kit item numbers did not match with the paper or laminated sheet with the layout / location key. So listen to the section and then go find it. FYI, once you get to 9, go to double digits, it is not over yet.

Check whether there are renovations and key areas closed off before booking/paying to go in. It may be amazing, but it wasn't when we went as so much was closed off with loud rennovations happening in April '24.

It's a great building, but it's privately owned, so you will need to pay to enter. There are ancient roman baths soon to be unearthed in the grounds in front of the Cathedral, once they have the funding unearthed.

    Interesting place.

Interesting place. One of the overlooked connections is that with Flora MacDonald who helped Prince Charles Edward Stuart evade capture after the Battle of Culloden. Take your time and you will find memorials to Flora's husband and sons.

This apartment was not only roomy and attractively furnished, but also full of small personal touches that made it feel homey — useful guidebooks on the shelves, attractive prints on the walls, and pretty cushions and curtains. We were very pleased to be able to park in the backyard. From the flat, it's about a twenty-minute walk to Exeter Cathedral and most of the city sights we were interested in, but we knew that beforehand and enjoyed the stroll.

The room was clean, the bed was soft, and it was very comfortable to rest. The bathroom was very clean. Everything was excellent. There was a lift, which was very convenient, and parking available at the back. The hotel is located in the old town area, close to Exeter Cathedral.

Wonderful views overlooking the High Street through large bright windows. Nicely equipped kitchen for meal preparation, and super location - entry is onto Exeter Cathedral Square, 1 min away. There is a lift (very slow, so be patient) to reach the apartment, so no hauling bags up flights of stairs! Groceries are available 5 minutes walk away at the Sainsbury's in Guildhall Shopping Centre for meal preparation.
