Everything about this hotel was spectacular! The room, the view, the location and the roof top bar and restaurant. We didn't realise there was a mini grocery on the lobby floor for convenience. I loved this hotel!

We loved this place!! Price was good comparing others in London ..so much more expensive. But this hotel has good location, easy for metro, bus to Stratford station which is main to go somewhere in london. I want to praise this hotel staffs everyone who worked for our stays, morning, night shift staffs. Very kind, helpful! Pay attention to customer needs. Breakfast was excellent, unlimited coffee and water,lemon water.. staff who cooked inside for breakfast he was doing great, kept checking food and cook fresh sausage, potato and supply. .all we enjoyed made our tired trip to be relaxed here. Rooms clean!
