I was unexpectedly surprised when I walked in as it looks a bit like a night club and it had a lift! All the staff were very professional and helpful. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant area although very close to other restaurants and the main shopping area.

There was a great selection for breakfast and we ordered room service for dinner. The food was delicious and came really quickly. The room was absolutely huge, much bigger than a standard room in any other hotel I've stayed in. Great location right in the river with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance.

There was problem with our room due to the previous guests behavior. We were put up in another hotel for the night and then upgraded a to suite, which was fabulous. The hotel staff were great in dealing with the situation which was beyond their control.
