Our hotel of choice, when staying in central London. So close to St James Park (squirrel cuteness overload!), to the Mall, to Buckingham Palace, to the theatres, to Piccadilly, Oxford, Regent Street, to Trafalgar, the shops, museums... It's very practical. The staff is very efficient and courteous, and our room was very comfortable (we would have preferred a bathtub, though). The breakfast menu is good, but nothing out of the ordinary. We never tried the afternoon tea because we had other plans. Highly recommended and we'll be back in December for some more theatre-time and to enjoy the Christmas decorations.

The hotel is excellent and spotless as is to be expected. The staff are extremely helpful. We booked with breakfast included and I informed the hotel that my husband is celiac and dairy intolerant. As we walked into the breakfast room, the staff on hand explained everything to him. Everything was labelled, which is refreshing being able to choose with peace of mind. Plenty of options ranging from healthy to indulgent. The room was quite at night. The hotel is literally just round the corner from Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Very bright and airy room with a lovely view. Its a shame we only had one night here.

    The host was in touch with me early before my arrival and made access very easy. They were very accommodating with our requests. The location is great. Close to the river and Kings road where you can find good restaurants and pubs. The accommodation is lovely and very comfortable. We highly recommend it and will use it again in the future.
