Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

Beautiful gardens with friendly staff. Vegan breakfast was available. The hotel looks really nice. I have enjoyed the stay and would recommend it and come again.

Location near bus and rail routes. Very good breakfast offerings. The buzz in the public areas of the hotel always provided a warm welcome and involvement with clientele. Oh, and the cocktails which were superb.

Everything was great..nothing really to complain about apart from during the dark hours there was not enough light in the room.. otherwise than that lovely area..comfy beds...all great. Appreciate the stay..

The location was very good, in a very pretty area, close to the Thames and close proximity to the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was excellent
