Coner at guest services was amazing he found us two excellent seats as the ones we were booked would have been impossible to have managed as both in our eighties The whole experience at the AO was exceptional all we spoke to and the stewards were so helpful Thank you AO for making a first experience less daunting than expected Barbara & Julia

Great venue however security appeared due to the staff not checking bags and a lot of people taking their own alcohol in and being very drunk. The security staff were quite rude to myself and my sister and we were singled out to check our tickets half way through the show, which is quite strange when we were the only mixed race people in the vicinity and we were very embarrassed!

Saw Peter Kay staff at bottom of stairs Victoria station friendly, upstairs no-one was smiling, greeting with a smile looked like they didn't want to be there, the event itself (Peter Kay) was absolutely amazing, never laughed like that for a very long time.
