The welcome we received after a very eventful journey to get to Ness Walk was exceptional, staff were waiting for us to welcome & their actions displayed they were genuinely happy for our custom.

After being harassed and embaressed by the Inverness police in the parking lot in broad daylight with all the management and staff watching, after that I was in fact treated like a King @ the KIngsmills Hotel. All the staff and all employees were great and welcomed me warmly. Defenitely would return if ever given the chance. Miles

We don't really get all of the bad Google comments. We had a great stay here. The hotel is beautiful: charming buildings next to each other in front of the river. A pretty and protected alley leads to each building. Our room was gigantic and well-equiped. All furniture and decoration are well chosen. Beds were comfortable. The team was nice and accommodating. It's close to the center but far enough (5 minutes by foot) not to hear all the pubs and cars noises. We would come back with great pleasure! Thank you!

Very kind staff, wonderful selection of whiskey at the bar, cozy location close to the center (5min walking) and free parking. Also the breakfast was very good and the service was truly efficient.
